Not necessarily. While dogmatic people may strongly adhere to their beliefs and be resistant to change, self-righteousness involves an attitude of moral superiority and a belief in one's own correctness. Dogmatic individuals may simply have a rigid mindset and be unwilling to consider alternative perspectives, without necessarily feeling morally superior to others. However, in some cases, dogmatic beliefs can lead to self-righteous behavior if the individual believes their beliefs are the only correct ones. **

Most people tend to be self-righteous because they have a strong belief in their own moral superiority or correctness. This can stem from a desire to feel validated or important, as well as a need to defend their beliefs or actions. Additionally, societal influences and cultural norms can also play a role in shaping individuals' self-righteous attitudes. Ultimately, self-righteousness can be a way for people to protect their ego and maintain a sense of control in a complex and uncertain world. **

The dictatorship of the righteous is a concept that refers to a form of government in which a single individual or group claims to have the moral authority to rule over others. This authority is often based on religious or ideological beliefs, and those in power believe that they are acting in the best interest of the people, even if it means restricting individual freedoms and rights. The term is often used to criticize authoritarian regimes that use moral or religious justifications to suppress dissent and maintain control. **
